The free version, with real-time charger monitoring, is included. There is a Premium subscription with advanced management features, still to be defined.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It is a lifetime warranty subject to conditions. The specific conditions will be published in the warranty document.
Can I manage several chargers?
Yes, from the Cloud platform, sharing the available power between the active points.
How is the charger updated?
Through remote OTA updates, and also by USB stick.
Which protocols does it support?
Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth BLE, Modbus, OCPP, OTA and RFID.
